The Ladies' Christmas Gala will be held on Monday, December 3rd at 6PM. Complete this booking form to sign up to host a Christmas Gala table. Hosting a table means that you will decorate and provide table service (plates, cups, etc). Each table will seat 8 ladies; please indicate in your booking form the names of your guests; alternatively, your guests may indicate your name at the time of their ticket purchase.
